The Victron Energy Quattro – A Multifunctional Inverter and Charger

The Quattro continues the tradition of the MultiPlus, expanding its concept with additional flexibility and power. As a combination of inverter and charger, the Quattro allows connection to two independent AC sources, making it a versatile solution for a variety of power supply scenarios. It offers the reliability of a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging functions, Hybrid PowerAssist technology, and extensive integration options, including three-phase or split-phase operation, as well as parallel operation.

Two AC Inputs & Two AC Outputs:

The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, such as shore power and a generator, or two generators. It automatically selects the active source and ensures uninterrupted operation via the main output. The transfer is so fast that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption. The secondary output only powers loads when AC power is available, ideal for applications that must not discharge the battery.

Unique PowerAssist Function:

The Quattro prevents the overloading of a limited AC source by automatically reducing the battery charging process and supplementing with power from the battery when needed. This innovative function enables efficient use of generators and shore power connections without overloading.

Virtually Unlimited Power through Parallel Connection:

For applications requiring high power, up to six Quattros can be connected in parallel. Operation in three-phase or split-phase systems is also possible, making the Quattro a flexible solution for complex power supply requirements.

Remote Monitoring and Control:

In combination with a GX device, such as the Cerbo GX, the Quattro allows monitoring and control via the VRM app and the VRM portal. This gives you access to your system from anywhere in the world, whether via a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
