Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Delivery
1.1 Your order is shipped via DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or freight forwarder.
1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. All prices include VAT.
2.1 Germany
up to 5 kg: €7.90
up to 10 kg: €12.90
up to 20 kg: €23.90
up to 31.5 kg: €29.90
Freight delivery (heavy/bulky items): up to 40 kg €61.90 · up to 50 kg €73.90 · up to 100 kg €107.90 · up to 200 kg €158.90 · up to 300 kg €205.90 · up to 500 kg €308.90. Over 500 kg on request.
2.2 International (shipping up to 30 kg; heavier shipments on request). Prices apply by total weight up to 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 30 kg:

2.3 For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges such as customs duties may apply. These are to be borne by you.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein: the shipping costs stated do not include the import VAT levied in the destination country or any customs duties and handling fees. These are charged by the responsible carrier or customs authority and must be paid additionally by the recipient.
