Victron Smart IP43 Charger 48/13(1) – Smart 48V Charger with Bluetooth, Quiet Passively Cooled (120–240 V)

The Victron Smart IP43 Charger 48/13(1) is a 48V battery charger with a max. of 13A, which you can conveniently set via smartphone thanks to Bluetooth. You get a 6-stage charging algorithm with adaptive charge adjustment, designed for long battery life. In addition to pre-set charging profiles for various battery types (including lithium), you can also configure the charging curves custom – up to max. 66 V DC. It also features a silent, passively cooled aluminum housing, IP43 protection, and the option to use the device as a power supply unit.

Smart Charging: Choose Profiles or Configure Yourself

Depending on whether you use lead-acid or lithium batteries, you select suitable pre-set charging cycles according to battery type. If your setup requires special specifications, the charging characteristics can be individually adjusted. The adaptive charge adjustment optimizes the charging process independently to support battery life.

Operation via Bluetooth – and Externally Switchable

Via Bluetooth, you can make settings directly on your smartphone. Additionally, the charger is externally switchable – ideal if you want to integrate it into a control concept or switch it on and off depending on operating conditions.

Quiet, Robust, and Suitable for Control Cabinets

The passive cooling without a fan makes the charger silent. With IP43, it is protected against spray water and solid foreign objects (suitable for indoor use/protected mounting). It operates at -20 °C to +60 °C, with the output power reducing above +40 °C.

Flexible Power Input and Solid Connections

The device can be supplied with 100–250 V AC (45–65 Hz) or alternatively with 90–375 V DC. For installation, connection terminals up to 16 mm² are available. A connector plug without cable is included, so you can choose the supply cable suitable for your setup.
