3M VHB Tape - Double-sided adhesive tape for flexible solar modules

For bonding high and medium energy materials such as metals and many plastics (PA, acrylic glass, ABS).
High temperature resistance of up to 230 degrees. This double-sided high-performance adhesive tape has been designed for permanent strong bonds both indoors and outdoors.


Application notes

1. Adhesive surfaces must be smooth, firm, clean, dry, grease-free and dust-free.
2. Do not touch the adhesive surface. Apply tape with light pressure.
3. Remove protective cover, adhere parts, and press firmly over the entire surface for at least 10 seconds.
4. The optimal processing temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees.


Do not stress the bond for 24 hours. The parts to be bonded must be relieved during this time. Overhead bonding is not recommended.
