For bonding high and medium energy materials such as metals and many plastics (PA, acrylic glass, ABS). High temperature resistance of up to 230 degrees. This high-performance double-sided adhesive tape has been designed for durable strong bonds indoors and outdoors.
Application Notes
1. Adhesive surfaces must be smooth, firm, clean, dry, grease-free and dust-free. 2. Do not touch the adhesive surface. Apply the tape with light pressure. 3. Remove the protective cover, bond the parts, and press firmly over the entire surface for at least 10 seconds. 4. The optimal processing temperature is between 15 and 25 degrees.
Do not stress the bond for 24 hours. The parts to be bonded should be relieved during this time. Overhead bonding is not recommended.
