Tip on "Batch No.":
ARB requires the "Batch No." for complaints, which is located on the carton. Usually, this is not kept and the number is lost. However, on one of the outer corners of the awning fabric, there is a sewn-on field that starts with "Batch No.:" where you can note down the number with a waterproof pen. This way, the number is always at hand. This may reduce waiting times and prevent further annoyance.
