The DECKED drawer system provides secure, weatherproof, and organized storage for vans and features two lockable drawers (locks must be ordered separately), each capable of holding 90 kg. Evenly distributed, the system has a payload capacity of 900 kg.
Additional Cargo Tie-Downs
In response to bed tie-down concerns, integrated cargo tie-downs have been added to the top of the system, flush with the outer edge of the bed. Eight attachment points (four per side) with a D-ring fastening system have been added, lying flat and recessed in the surface when not in use. These anchors create a steel-to-steel connection with the factory bed tie-downs, allowing for a load capacity of 180 kg.
Increased Bed Space Utilization, More Storage
Also new and significantly improved is the removal of the corner containers known as Ammo Cans, which previously connected the system to the bed and provided small additional storage compartments. In their place, users will now find an unobstructed pass-through, both front and rear outside the drawers. This allows for the storage of longer items (e.g., camping chairs), and water-resistant and lockable storage lids have been added for this purpose. DECKED also includes four removable Stash Bins that snap into these openings from above and can be used in each of the four corners.
Improved Weather Resistance
DECKED has always ensured that their drawers are not Tupperware-tight, but very effective at keeping out the elements. The designers have increased protection against external environmental conditions by redesigning the drawer front to seal better against the weather. This significantly reduces the amount of air circulating in the bed and potentially depositing dust or other particles in the drawers.
Please note:
The manufacturer does not take into account any accessories on and in the bed during development. This includes original accessories such as lashing rails, style bars, or bedliners. These must be removed before drawer installation and can no longer be used.
