REDARC Smart Start, Battery Isolator, SBI 24V 200A
The REDARC Smart Start SBI224 is used in dual battery systems to protect the starting battery from excessive discharge, while allowing the auxiliary battery to supply non-essential loads. The SBI224 provides 24 volts DC with a continuous rating of 200A. The 200A battery isolator is best suited for heavy duty applications.
It features sophisticated fault detection and an LED indicator, which alerts the user to faults such as over-voltage, voltage drop, and excessive current draw. The Smart Start SBI224 battery isolator is a safe way to charge high-performance dual battery systems and should be installed with a Fuse Kit.
