Processing

Shake Sika® Primer-207 very well until the steel balls in the container are clearly audible. Then shake for another minute. Application can be done with a brush, felt, or foam applicator. Apply Sika® Primer-207 evenly, thinly, but covering.
The optimal processing and surface temperature is between 15 °C and 25 °C.
Apply the primer only once. It must be ensured that the single application is sufficiently covering.
Consumption and type of application depend on the nature of the substrates.
Close the container tightly immediately after each use.

Ensure that the optimal processing and surface temperature is between 15 °C and 25 °C and that the primer is applied only once. Consumption and type of application vary depending on the nature of the substrates. Close the container carefully after each use. Cleaning and Pre-treatment For optimal adhesion, surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, dust, and other contaminants. Additional pre-treatment steps such as sanding, cleaning, and activation can further improve adhesion before primer application.
