SOLARA Power M-series solar modules have been specially developed for marine use on boats, yachts, buoys, or rescue boats. These power modules are made from high-performance crystalline cells and are particularly suitable for curved boat decks due to their robust and impact-resistant (no glass) construction.

This is the version with the cable outlet on the front of the solar module.

The SOLARA Power M-series consists of 34 crystalline high-performance cells. High performance even in diffuse light and in low-light months. Each solar module is individually tested for functional safety, weather resistance, and durability. Equipped with UV-/ozone-resistant solar connection cable, saltwater-proof cable outlet, and mounting holes. The modules are walkable, saltwater-resistant, and defy all weather conditions, always providing power on board.

Thanks to their versatile applicability, the M-series solar modules can be mounted on over 90% of existing deck curvatures!

For bonding, we recommend Dekasyl MS-5 or Sikaflex adhesive, both of which you can find in our shop under Installation.

Further information
In addition to a 12V battery, you also need a charge controller, which controls the power supply and thus prevents overcharging or, if necessary, deep discharge of the battery. It also ensures optimal charging voltage and guarantees the necessary reverse current protection at night.
