With the Victron LiFePO4 Battery 12.8 V / 100 Ah Smart NG, you get 12.8 V nominal voltage, 100 Ah capacity, and an integrated Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors cell voltage and temperature. Via Bluetooth, you can conveniently view important values in the VictronConnect App – ideal for mobile setups (e.g., motorhomes, boats, vans) as well as for stationary applications (e.g., solar storage).
Intelligent Safety Thanks to Integrated BMS
To ensure you can rely on your power supply in everyday life, the integrated BMS handles the protection work in the background. It continuously monitors central battery parameters and protects against overcharging, undercharging, and overheating, among other things. If critical values are reached, the system can – depending on the situation – stop charging or disconnect loads to prevent damage.
Bluetooth Monitoring: Real-time Values via VictronConnect
With the integrated Bluetooth connectivity, you can connect the battery directly to your smartphone or tablet. In the VictronConnect App, you can view important data such as cell voltage and temperature in real time. This significantly simplifies troubleshooting, system checks, and ongoing monitoring – especially for more complex on-board or solar systems.
Lifespan & Cycles: Designed for Long-term Operation
The Smart NG is designed for long periods of use. Depending on usage and depth of discharge, up to 5,000 discharge cycles are possible. At a depth of discharge of 80%, up to 2,000 cycles are stated. This is particularly worthwhile if you use your battery regularly and want a system that doesn't "tire out" after a short time.
Temperature Range: Robust for Many Locations
A range of -20 °C to +60 °C is provided for discharging. In combination with the safety functions of the BMS, the battery can therefore be used well even in more demanding environments – provided your overall system (chargers, wiring, fusing) is appropriately designed.
