Structure & Functionality

The Victron Lynx Shunt VE.Can combines mechanical distribution and intelligent electronics. The positive busbar provides space for a CNN fuse, while the precise shunt is located on the negative busbar. The integrated battery monitor continuously measures charge and discharge currents, SOC, remaining capacity, and historical consumption data.

Communication via VE.Can

The shunt transmits all data to GX devices such as Cerbo GX, CCGX, or VGX. NMEA2000 systems are also supported. The devices serve as a display and configuration unit for the integrated monitoring electronics.

Integration into the Lynx Distribution System

The Lynx Shunt VE.Can is fully compatible with the modules of the Victron Lynx Series, including Lynx Power In, Lynx Distributor, and Lynx Smart BMS. The modular structure facilitates expansion and maintenance.
