Victron MultiPlus-II 48/8000/110-100 230V: A Comprehensive System

The MultiPlus-II combines the innovative features of the MultiPlus and MultiGrid into a powerful system. This device not only offers all the functions of the MultiPlus but also the ability to use an external current transformer for PowerControl and PowerAssist functions to efficiently optimize self-consumption – with external current sensing up to 32 A.

Additionally, it integrates all the functions of the MultiGrid, including the anti-islanding function and approval in an increasing number of countries.

PowerAssist Function

The MultiPlus-II ensures that your AC source is not overloaded. It automatically adjusts the battery charging process to prevent overloads and, if necessary, boosts performance with energy from the battery.

ESS: Energy Storage Systems

As a central element of a Victron ESS, the MultiPlus-II offers high flexibility. It can be easily combined with an MPPT solar charger or a grid-tie PV inverter. More information can be found in the ESS manual.

Uninterruptible AC Power (UPS Function)

In the event of a grid failure or if the shore power or onboard generator fails, the MultiPlus-II's inverter automatically switches on and continues to supply your devices with power without interruption – ideal for operating computers and other sensitive electronic devices.

Remote Monitoring and Control

With a GX device, such as the Cerbo GX, and the free VRM app and VRM portal, you can monitor and control your MultiPlus-II system anywhere in the world. The possibilities for customization and control are practically unlimited, from simple settings to automatically starting a backup generator.
