Orion-Tr Smart Isolated DC-DC 24/24 12A Charger
The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Charger is a professional, adaptive 3-stage DC-to-DC charger with integrated Bluetooth.
For use in dual battery systems in vehicles or on boats where the (smart) alternator and starter battery are used to charge the service battery. The device can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch. It features an engine running detection mechanism.
The Orion Tr-Smart charger can be used in 12V or 24V systems and is suitable for both lead-acid and lithium batteries. Models up to 400 W are available, and an unlimited number of devices can be connected in parallel to increase the output power.
Suitable for Bluetooth Smart
Monitoring, changing settings, and updating the charger with newly available software features can be done with any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet, or other
device.

Adaptive 3-stage charging algorithm: Bulk – Absorption – Float
For lead-acid batteries, it is important to keep the absorption time short during shallow discharges to prevent overcharging the battery. After a deep discharge, the absorption period is automatically extended to ensure the battery fully charges.
For lithium batteries, the absorption time is fixed, preset to 2 hours. Alternatively, a fixed output voltage can be selected.
Remote on/off
A remote on/off switch or a relay contact can be connected to the two-pin connector.
Alternatively, the H terminal (right) of the two-pin connector can be switched to a positive battery terminal or the L terminal (left) of the two-pin connector to the negative battery terminal (or, for example, to the chassis
of a vehicle).
All models are short-circuit proof and can be connected in parallel to increase the output current.
An unlimited number of devices can be connected in parallel.
Over-temperature protection
The output current is reduced at high ambient temperatures.
IP43 protection rating
When the screw terminals on the device are installed facing downwards.
