Designed for high-quality motorhomes, marine use, special vehicles, and self-sufficient applications.

Votronic battery chargers are characterized by high operational reliability and readiness for use, representing the latest state of the art. Their high-quality charging technology, robust power electronics combined with intelligent microprocessor control ensure precise adherence to charging voltages, currents, and times, thus extending battery life. A variety of different versions of the devices are available, allowing you to find the right charger for your application.

Votronic charging technology has been used for years in professional emergency vehicles such as fire engines, ambulances, and coast guard! Quality Made in Germany!

All charging programs are applied by the charger for gentle full charging and subsequent charge retention of the battery, and with the use of a temperature sensor, also with temperature compensation adapted to the battery type. The supply of connected consumers is also handled during charging, dimensioned so that no more than 50% flows to consumers during the I-phase (initial charging).

With full batteries, almost the entire possible device charging current is then available for consumers without discharging the batteries.

Selectable charging programs / charging curves:

1. "Gel": Charging program for Gel batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3

Designed for sealed, gas-tight gel/dryfit batteries with fixed electrolyte, which generally require a higher charging voltage level and longer U1 holding times to achieve short charging times with particularly high capacity storage and to prevent long-term battery "starvation". Among other things, perfectly suitable for our WATTSTUNDE Gel batteries.

2. "AGM": Charging program for AGM / Fleece batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3

Intended for charging sealed, gas-tight AGM (Absorbent-Glass-Mat) batteries and those in lead-fleece technology, which require a particularly high U1 level with matched holding times for full charging and then a moderate U2 level for charge retention (round cell and plate technology).

4. "UNIVERSAL": Charging program for lead-acid/wet batteries, characteristic IU1oU2oU3

Universal program for charging and charge retention of acid batteries in vehicles (mixed mobile/stationary). Offers short charging times with a medium U1 level, good charging factor, and good acid mixing for open and closed, low-maintenance, maintenance-free standard, traction, lighting, solar, and heavy-duty batteries, as well as AGM batteries with normal U1 level.
