VOTRONIC charge boosters ensure optimal and fast charging of the leisure battery from the alternator while driving. Unlike a simple cut-off relay, the charging voltage is raised to the value required for full charging for the respective battery type and demanded by battery manufacturers. This allows the full charging current to flow, quickly charging significant amounts of power into the battery. Long charging cables and losses, as well as voltage fluctuations at the alternator, are precisely regulated.

The intelligent microprocessor-controlled charging with "IU1oU2" charging characteristics and dynamic charging time calculation automatically ensures fast and gentle full charging, as well as subsequent charge retention of the connected batteries from any state of charge, while always allowing simultaneous power supply to consumers parallel to the leisure battery.
