Fully automatic charger (IP65) for charging, maintaining, and caring for aggregate batteries

Fully automatic DC charger according to DIN 14679 for trickle charging and recharging from the 12V or 24V vehicle electrical system (switchable) for the 12V starter battery of portable fire pumps (TS/PFPN), mobile power generators, and aggregates. The adjustable charging current from 1A to 4A is designed for battery capacities from 6 to 100 Ah. Charging starts automatically as soon as the vehicle's onboard battery is charged during driving or when connected to the mains. In this process, 4 adjustable, 6-stage IU1oU2oU3 charging characteristics for lead-acid, gel, and AGM1/AGM2 starter battery types as well as modern lithium LiFePO4 batteries ensure full and unsupervised main, maintenance, or gentle storage charging.

For lead-acid batteries, automatic battery regeneration and the switchable battery trainer keep the battery fit during longer periods of inactivity. Input and output are galvanically isolated from each other. This prevents corrosion on the device insert (leakage currents) and a breakdown of the 24V/12V electrical system, as well as ensuring compliance with charging voltages and clean ground conditions. The charging plug is automatically de-energized after being unplugged to avoid plug corrosion and short circuits. The device has a clear display of the battery status and an optical and acoustic alarm message. An additional indicator light for "Charging OK" can be connected via a potential-free reporting contact. The robust housing protects against water and dirt (protection class IP 65).
